An established Real Estate/Property Management company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support their day-to-day operations of the property management team. This role is responsible for administrative coordination, tenant communication, vendor management, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and service issues
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on all requests
  • Assist with daily operations across assigned properties
  • Track and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and services
  • Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor relationships
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and contracts
  • Maintain accurate property records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Support lease administration and renewals
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); property management software is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

COMPENSATION: $50-60k
