Our client, an incredibly successful consulting firm in Somerville, is looking for a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join their operations team. The Office Coordinator will help with a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and assist in all administrative and office matters as needed.


  • Assist the Office Manager by addressing spontaneous requests quickly, researching assigned tasks and vetting potential vendors.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors.
  • Conduct daily walk-through of facility.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving and stocking food, snacks, kitchen & pantry supplies.
  • Distribution: responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Assist in organizing company sponsored events.
  • Support office moves and build-outs.
  • Assist with special projects as necessary.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fast learner who enjoys solving problems.
  • Have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter on projects.
  • Be even-tempered, kind and respectful, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Have unending patience and thrive on getting things done.
  • Be organized and detail oriented.
